Once your order has been submitted to our vendor, cancellations are no longer accepted, as this may delay processing for other customers.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possibleβpreferably before processing begins.
π Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
However, exchanges may be available for eligible items only.
Because all items are made to order through preorders, we do not offer free exchanges due to sizing issues. If you selected the wrong size or need a different size, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- A reshipping fee will apply for the new item
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in brand-new condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
We strongly recommend double-checking sizing before placing your order.
π Order Issues (Wrong or Missing Items)
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and assist you.

Refunds are only issued if:
- We are unable to fulfill or ship your order
- An item is missing and no longer available
Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically a few business days).
All preorder items are final sale and cannot be canceled once processing begins.

We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
To file a claim, you may need:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Tracking number
- Claim form from the carrier
π Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
π Incorrect Address
If you enter the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
π Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items (such as name jewelry) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is an issue with your order (defect or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
